* Funeral service for Jay Keegan, 47, of Rapid City, S.D., will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21, in the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Gregory, S.D., with burial in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Jay Keegan died Sunday, Jan. 13, in his home. A prayer service is scheduled for 7 p.m. Sunday in the St. Joseph Catholic Church.

* A memorial service for Paul Rodney Nelson, 71, of Tonopah, Ariz., formerly of Springview, will be held at a later date. Paul Nelson died Jan. 6 in his home. Survivors include daughters Kemmy Young and husband Joel of Omaha, Kayla Yasko and husband David of Raymore, Mo., and Keya Brown and husband John of Omaha; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother Randy Nelson and wife Bonnie of New Port Richey, Fla.; and nieces and nephews.

* Funeral service for Gary Lee Woita, 63, of Atkinson, Jan. 18, in the Atkinson Community Center with burial in the Woodlawn Cemetery. Gary Woita died Jan. 14 in the University of Nebraska Medical Center at Omaha. Survivors include his wife Jan Woita of Atkinson; children Lee Woita and wife Mary of Atkinson, Eric Woita and wife Katie of Plainview, and Lindy Woita of Atkinson; four grandchildren; brothers Kevin Woita and wife Joy of David City, and Mike Woita of Linwood; and sister Karen Moss and husband Joe of Kansas City, Mo.

* Funeral service for Hilda Raymond, 105, formerly of Gregory, S.D., Jan. 17, in the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Gregory with burial in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Hilda Raymond died Jan. 10 in the Avera Sister Games Care Center.

* Funeral service for Kenneth H. “Ken” Chase, 89, of Elsmere, Jan. 16, in the Elsmere Bible Church with burial in the Purdum Cemetery. Ken Chase died Jan. 11 in the Brown County Hospital. Max Hamik died Dec. 28 in the Atkinson Good Samaritan Center. * Funeral service for Lyle David, 96, of Burwell formerly of Chambers, Jan. 3, in the Chambers United Methodist Church with burial in the Chambers Cemetery with military rites provided by the Chambers American Legion Post #320. Lyle David died Dec. 27 in the Burwell Community Memorial Health Center. Survivors include sons Billy David of Bassett, Tim David and wife Mary of Norfolk, and Terry David of Ainsworth; two granddaughters; two step-grandsons; three great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Doris David of Ord; brother-in-law Mike Vollbrecht and wife Mary of Arizona; and nieces and nephews.
